Graphics & Web Faculty

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphics, Motion & Web Faculty to join our academic team. The role involves teaching students core design principles, motion graphics, and web development skills while preparing them for real-world industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Web Design/Development.
• Create and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and projects aligned with industry practices.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design tools, motion trends, and web technologies.
• Guide students in building professional portfolios and websites.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through projects, presentations, and tests.
• Collaborate with peers to upgrade and enrich the curriculum.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Expertise in Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
• Solid knowledge of Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (UI/UX knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to simplify technical/design concepts for learners.
• Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Creative approach with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Web Development, or related field (preferred).
• Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage.
• Relevant industry experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or web development will be highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
