• Ideate, conceptualize and create impactful design and animation for a wide range of digital content.
• Should have strong sense of contemporary design layout, colors, and typography
• Understand briefs, business priorities, the targeted consumer set, and their demands to create visually compelling designs and animations.
• Coordinate and work with different teams like Direction, Marketing, Copy, Edit and Post Production.
• Work with Channel Managers and provide Design solutions
• Assess the workflow of the team and provide support with constant feedback

Skills Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in various creative disciplines across mediums
• Strong understanding of Visual and Motion Design, knowledge of AI softwares is an added advantage
• Experience in making logos
• Strong foundation in colours, typography, illustrations, iconography etc
• Good understanding of brand design principles
• Good understanding of sequential storytelling and AVs
• Good Designing and typography skills
• Understanding of Consumer behaviour and preferences while using social media platforms
• Up to speed with fresh design trends and tools.

Software proficiency:

• Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and any 3D software (Autodesk Maya/Cinema 4D/ Blender)
