Graphics Designer: Visual Storyteller & AI Accelerator

Nature of Work and Core Responsibilities: The primary responsibility is the rapid creation of high-impact visual assets while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

• AI-Enhanced Ideation: Utilize text-to-image AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E) to quickly generate mood boards, visual styles, and iterative design concepts, dramatically speeding up the initial creative phase.
• Asset Production & Refinement: Design and execute a wide range of marketing and production graphics, including social media content, presentations, website elements, digital ads, and key art.
• Manual Polish: The crucial step: taking AI-generated bases, raw renders, or mockups and applying expert-level manual manipulation, retouching, and composition in core design software to ensure the final output is flawless, legally compliant, and on-brand.
• Brand Adherence: Diligently ensure all visual content adheres strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all digital and print platforms.
• Design-to-Delivery: Manage the entire creative lifecycle from concept sketching to final file preparation, including resizing and optimization for various media platforms.

Softwares and Tools to Know: Mandatory expertise in core industry tools, complemented by proficiency in emerging generative platforms.

• Core Design Suite: Expert mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is non-negotiable for professional-grade creation, editing, and vector work.
• Layout and Presentation: Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and/or PowerPoint/Keynote for high-quality pitch decks and document design.
• Generative Tools: Active, proficient experience with leading AI image generation engines and prompt engineering techniques to maximize creative output and efficiency.
• Video (A Plus): Basic familiarity with video editing (Premiere Pro or CapCut) for creating short, social media-ready visual loops or animated graphics is a strong advantage.

Office Location: Goregaon (West) - Mumbai

Work Experience: 0 to 24 Months ( We are open for Freshers)

Key Skillset and Qualifications: We seek a professional with a mix of academic rigor and street-smart efficiency.

• Fundamental Excellence: Flawless command over core graphic design principles, especially typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Drive for Hard Work: A proven ability to handle a high volume of concurrent tasks, manage strict deadlines, and willingly put in the effort required to meet project demands.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality control, ensuring zero errors in spelling, resolution, file naming, and final output specifications.
• Formal Training: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is strongly preferred.
