Job Description

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you play a crucial role in creating functional and visually appealing user interfaces for applications under the guidance of senior designers. You will be involved in user research, rapid prototyping, and user testing to ensure the maximum aesthetic consistency in various products. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing prototypes and models for different products - Translate UX designs into interaction prototypes and artifacts - Participate in user research and help generate end-user insights - Collect client requirements and convert research findings into actionable results - Conduct various types of user testing such as remote testing, paper prototype testing, and concept testing - Make enhancement recommendations based on end-user insights - Adhere to standards, processes, and project schedules - Collaborate with team members to achieve common missions and goals - Participate in user studies and research - Provide inputs for documenting user stories and problem statements - Participate in concept and usability testing - Create UX designs and participate in brainstorming sessions with stakeholders - Establish familiarity with customer product branding schemes - Prepare necessary documentation for project releases - Report status to the team lead - Document best practices for team members Qualification Required: - Masters/Bachelors degree in design discipline or 2+ equivalent experience in Design domain - 2+ years of industry experience - Proficiency with tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Powerpoint, Keynote, etc. - Ability to create original artworks, illustrations, and icons - Knowledge of Usability Design Principles, Wireframes/Prototyping, Data & Information Visualization, appropriate Design Skills and Tools, Agile methodologies, usability testing, and wireframing/prototyping tools Additional Details: As a Graphic Designer at the company, you are the cornerstone for aesthetics and visual excellence in pre-sales engagements. Besides being a visual storyteller, you are expected to have a good understanding of the design process, collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients, experiment with visual creatives, and adhere to brand guidelines. You will work closely with various teams within the company, align your output with existing brand guidelines, and stay updated with the latest design practices, tools, and techniques.
