Graphic Designer – Job Overview

Nova Institute of Medical Sciences and Medical Research Center is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role involves designing visual content that supports our brand and communicates effectively with our audience across multiple platforms including social media, websites, advertisements, and product packaging.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content creators, to develop high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines and meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Marketing Materials: Create eye-catching graphics for digital and print media including social media, websites, brochures, product packaging, and advertisements.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing staff to ensure cohesive messaging and design.
• Use Design Software: Proficiently utilize tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Apply Typography & Color Theory: Use design principles, font pairing, and color schemes to enhance the visual appeal of content.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
• Develop Creative Concepts: Brainstorm and execute fresh design ideas that resonate with our target audience.
• Adapt Across Mediums: Customize designs for a variety of platforms including digital, print, and multimedia.
• Meet Project Deadlines: Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay Updated: Research and implement current design trends and tools to keep our visuals modern and innovative.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience demonstrated by a strong, diverse design portfolio.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
• Design Knowledge: Deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Communication Skills: Able to clearly present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Capable of handling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Able to take feedback constructively and adjust designs accordingly.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Resourceful in overcoming challenges and delivering effective visual solutions.
• Trend Awareness: In tune with current and emerging design and marketing trends.
