Graphics Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that effectively communicate educational concepts and enhance our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for educational content, social media, website, eBooks, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop visuals that support teaching and promotional goals.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Edit and enhance existing designs and templates as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices, particularly in the education sector.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is a must.
• A portfolio showcasing creative design skills and previous projects.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of print and digital design standards.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in designing for educational content is a plus.
• Knowledge of other tools like InDesign, Canva, or video editing software is an added advantage.
