With a presence in multiple cities across India, the brand offers a curated specialty coffee experience, complemented by specialty teas, artisanal bakery products, and premium agri-products through its retail outlets and e-commerce platform.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphics Designer located in Bhubaneswar. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating captivating visual designs that align with the brand’s identity, including logos, branding materials, and graphics for marketing and promotional purposes. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and deliver designs that effectively communicate brand messaging. Additional responsibilities include maintaining consistency in design elements across different platforms and ensuring high-quality outputs for print and digital media.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an eye for visual aesthetics and layout.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create impactful and cohesive brand visuals.
Strong knowledge of Typography and its application in design projects.
Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is an advantage.
