1. Collaborating with clients and decision-makers to understand project requirements
2. Study design briefs and determine requirements
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
4. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
5. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
6. Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
7. Amend designs after feedback
8. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
1. Proven graphic designing experience
2. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
3. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects & Corel Draw)
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
7. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
8. Knowledge of CGI Video Creation will be a plus point
