About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, campaigns, and offline collaterals.
• Handle 2–3 brands simultaneously while maintaining creative consistency.
• Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma to develop impactful visuals.
• Collaborate with content, video, and marketing teams to align design with campaigns.
• Adapt designs to different formats and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, ads, etc.).
• Present ideas, take feedback, and iterate quickly without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, visual languages, and branding best practices.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  and

  Figma

  .
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects/brands and deliver on deadlines.
• Strong understanding of design principles—color, typography, layout, and hierarchy.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to different brand voices.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Canva, CapCut).
• Exposure to branding, identity design, or campaign ideation.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
• Ability to work on multi-language or culturally diverse design projects.
