To design and develop visually compelling marketing materials and websites that reflect VLLs brand values, support sales & marketing initiatives, and enhance the companys digital presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic DesignDesign marketing collateral including brochures, hoardings, banners, flyers, product catalogues, presentations, and advertisements.Create engaging designs for digital platforms social media posts, web banners, emailers.Maintain and update brand guidelines.Website Design & DevelopmentDesign responsive website layouts and UI/UX wireframes.Develop and maintain company websites using WordPress/HTML/CSS/JavaScript.Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, secure, and optimized for speed.Create and manage landing pages for campaigns.Skills & Competencies RequiredTechnical Skills:Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma.Web Tools: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, WordPress, Elementor, basic PHP.Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Professional Competencies:Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
