42KM is a performance-driven activewear brand designed for runners and athletes who value function, style, and innovation. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to bring fresh ideas to our apparel designs, custom orders, and online presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design – Activewear Collection

• Create visually appealing, on-brand designs for 42KM’s activewear line.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure graphics align with performance standards, fabric technology, and style direction.
• Infuse creativity into product graphics (tees, shorts, tanks) that resonate with athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Graphic Design – Customized Orders

• Work closely with customers to understand customization requirements.
• Develop unique, personalized designs for bulk/custom orders (e.g., marathons, running clubs, corporate events).
• Ensure designs balance brand identity with customer satisfaction.

Web Design – Shopify

• Update and maintain 42KM’s Shopify website.
• Implement design changes to improve user experience, product presentation, and conversions.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and new launches are visually reflected on the website.

Trend Analysis & Creative Exploration

• Stay updated with the latest trends in activewear and sports fashion.
• Continuously explore new graphic styles, colorways, and placements to enhance visual appeal.
• Propose innovative design concepts that push the 42KM brand identity forward.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools.
• Experience in apparel/graphic design (activewear or sportswear experience is a big plus).
• Familiarity with Shopify web design and basic front-end adjustments.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to balance performance needs with aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
