About The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to create engaging visuals for digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that align with campaign goals.
Create infographics, illustrations, motion graphics (if skilled), and other digital assets.
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements

2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing firm.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative digital work.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles will be an added advantage.
Understanding of social media platforms and ad formats.
Attention to detail with strong visual and conceptual skills.
Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other quick design tools.
