Someone who is a storyteller at heart and comes with relevant advertising / digital agency experience . If you are someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience, with #mindblowing design skills this job is for you. Being high on empathy & a sense of ownership, this is for you. In depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite is a must. #Duh If you have an insatiable passion for crafting captivating designs and transforming ideas into stunning realities, keep reading! What would your day look like? Develop visually stunning and eccentric designs that will make clients say, "Whoa! How did they even think of that? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to implementation. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Translate creative concepts into various design executions, maintaining strategic relevance. Pitch ideas, and take ownership of campaigns throughout the entire creative process. Needless to say, the ability to manage deadlines, and being quick on your feet. Think creatively, address feedback and devise intelligent campaigns based on client briefs Modify initial ideas into workable concepts, and align with other teams. Welcome and incorporate feedback from clients to ensure client satisfaction. Wait! There Is More! Who/what are we looking for? Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A solid portfolio showcasing your skills in graphic design. Strong listening skills, Love for brands, Pop Culture. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, is a must. Phew! Thats quite something. But don t tell us we never told you!
