Graphic Designer

We are actively looking for a Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a proven ability to create high-quality, impactful designs. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and confident in leading design projects from concept to final delivery.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is willing to push the creative boundaries.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team on brand identity, campaign visuals, and digital assets
• Design for diverse platforms – social media, websites, print materials, and more
• Create engaging layouts, illustrations, and brand elements aligned with campaign objectives
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other industry-standard tools
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices
• Prepare print-ready files and digital-optimized assets as per specifications

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; XD or Figma is a plus)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX, or branding projects

Mandatory: Portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various mediums

Job Details

• Compensation: 1.20 - 3 LPA (based on experience & portfolio)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly (subject to performance terms)
