Job Summary:

Sirpi Cosmetic Surgery Centre is looking for a creative, self-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can manage social media pages and craft visually compelling content across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a flair for aesthetics, a strong sense of storytelling, and hands-on experience in creating reels, posts, and patient education videos related to cosmetic surgery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design:

• Create high-quality, brand-aligned creatives for social media, website, flyers, banners, and print materials.
• Design before-after templates, procedure explanation infographics, and offer posters.

Video Editing:

• Shoot and edit short videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and doctor introduction clips.
• Add engaging transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and background music.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage Sirpi's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn pages.
• Plan and schedule weekly content calendar aligned with promotional activities and aesthetic trends.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track analytics.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with doctors and the front office to develop captions, scripts, and educational content.
• Stay updated on trending audio, hashtags, and topics in the beauty and wellness space.
• Create campaign-based content during festivals, launches, or offer periods.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Media, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a design/content role (Healthcare/Aesthetic industry preferred).
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and CapCut or InShot.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts creation.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an advantage).
• Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently.

Work Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
(Sundays or extended hours during campaign shoots or patient video recordings if needed – compensated)

Salary:

Based on experience and creativity. Performance incentives available for account growth, viral content, and campaign success.
