Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 (based on interview & skills)

Working Days: 6 days (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:-

Bridgestone Technologies is looking for a highly creative and detail-

oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal

for someone who can think visually, tell compelling stories through design and

video, and create engaging content for multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

 Design creative graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for digital, print,

and social media campaigns

 Edit raw video footage into polished, professional content including reels,

shorts, ads, corporate films, product promos, and explainer videos

 Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance

video quality

 Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop storyboards,

visual concepts, and branding assets

 Add sound effects, music, subtitles, and voiceovers as required

 Optimize videos and graphics for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other

digital platforms

 Manage and organize project files with proper version control and naming

conventions

 Stay updated with design trends, editing techniques, and social media best

practices

 Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with brand identity

and client requirements

Skills & Qualifications:-

 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,

Illustrator (Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus)

 Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and

visual storytelling

 Hands-on experience with colour grading, audio balancing, and green screen

editing

 Knowledge of frame rates, resolutions, file formats, and video optimization for

social media

 Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and deliver on

time

 Prior experience in creating YouTube & Instagram Reels/Shorts is highly

preferred

 Portfolio of past design & video editing work is mandatory (applications

without a portfolio will not be considered)
