The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing high-quality visual content in both static and video formats. The role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to deliver engaging content aligned with the company’s brand identity and communication objectives. Key Responsibilities Design graphics, layouts, and creatives for digital and print platforms including brochures, banners, advertisements, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials. Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging video content for promotional campaigns, corporate communication, training, and social media. Collaborate with marketing, communication, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across all creative deliverables. Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating effects, transitions, motion graphics, background music, and voiceovers where required. Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation and creativity into the design and video editing process. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Proven professional experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required). Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, or equivalent software. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling. Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
