Role Overview: You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing high-quality visual content in both static and video formats. Your role will require a keen eye for aesthetics, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to deliver engaging content aligned with the company's brand identity and communication objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design graphics, layouts, and creatives for digital and print platforms including brochures, banners, advertisements, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials. - Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging video content for promotional campaigns, corporate communication, training, and social media. - Collaborate with marketing, communication, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions. - Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across all creative deliverables. - Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating effects, transitions, motion graphics, background music, and voiceovers where required. - Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation and creativity into the design and video editing process. - Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven professional experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required). - Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, or equivalent software. - Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling. - Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
