Role Overview

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Design

Develop high-quality creatives for digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground branding.
Translate brand strategy into visually compelling designs for luxury real estate projects.
Create campaign concepts, design directions, and visual storytelling assets.

Digital & Social Media Creatives

Design posts, ads, banners, landing page graphics, emailers, and website assets.
Ensure strong visual consistency across platforms and campaigns.

Project Marketing Collaterals

Create brochures, floor plan layouts, sales kits, project branding, hoardings, and event collateral.
Support premium project launches with high-impact creative assets.

Video & Motion (Preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to create GIFs, basic motion graphics, or video assets (added advantage).

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with brand, digital, performance, and creative agencies to bring ideas to life.
Manage multiple design requests, timelines, and revisions efficiently.
Maintain and update brand guidelines and design libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in luxury real estate, lifestyle, or premium brands.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, aesthetic sense, and brand understanding.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of After Effects, XD, or Sketch is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, layout skills, and typography knowledge.
Ability to convert briefs into visually appealing concepts independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
