Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design Marketing & Brand Collaterals : Create brochures, pitch decks, digital banners, social media posts, exhibition materials, and internal communication assets. Packaging & Label Design : Work on packaging adaptations, product labels, and ensure final artworks are aligned with dielines and printer specs. Collaborate with DTP & Print Vendors : Coordinate with DTP operators and printers to ensure final output meets visual and technical expectations. Multi-Brand Visual Execution : Work across both Clean Beauty and The Bare Bar when needed, adapting to each brands tone and identity. Maintain Visual Consistency : Uphold brand guidelines across all designs and ensure cohesive storytelling through visuals. Creative Input & Trend Awareness : Contribute ideas during brainstorming and stay updated on design trends, especially in wellness, beauty, and lifestyle. Adapt & Execute Fast : Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver high-quality creatives within tight timelines. Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant work experience in graphic design. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Canva and Figma is a plus. Experience in packaging design or print production is a strong advantage. Good understanding of layout, color, typography, and image editing. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to occasionally travel locally for vendor coordination, printing checks, and team syncs.
