Role Overview:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging static creatives, carousels, and banners for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, etc.).
Create marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, flyers, and digital ads.
Develop brand-aligned visuals for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the content and digital marketing teams to develop impactful visual communication.
Edit and enhance basic videos for reels, stories, ads, and website use as required.
Ensure brand consistency and maintain high standards of design aesthetics and quality.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and platform guidelines.

Requirements:

1–3 years of proven experience
as a graphic designer, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
with a solid design portfolio.
Basic knowledge of
video editing tools
(Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Understanding of social media design requirements and ad creative guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Good communication skills, creativity, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
