About the Role We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You’ll work closely with marketing and UI/UX teams to create visuals that align with our brand and business goals. Expect a fast-paced IT services environment with plenty of hands-on design work across digital and print. Key Responsibilities Design brand-consistent graphics for websites, social media, emails, and ads. Create marketing collaterals like brochures, infographics, case studies, pitch decks, and presentations. Collaborate with UI/UX to build mockups and visual assets for applications. Work with marketers and project managers to ensure visual consistency across platforms. Manage multiple design projects with deadlines and brand guidelines in mind. Maintain and evolve brand identity assets and design templates. Stay on top of design trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of graphic design experience. Strong portfolio of digital + print work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva. Strong multitasking skills and deadline focus. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or similar. Bonus Skills Motion graphics/video editing (After Effects or similar). Experience working with developers and marketers. Knowledge of branding, accessibility, and user-centered design principles. Show more Show less
