Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Projects:Manage the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Brand Consistency:Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all mediums.
• Creative Direction:Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality work.
• Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and develop effective visual solutions.
• Visual Design:Create visually appealing designs for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, social media, packaging, and print.
• Stay Updated:Keep abreast of the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
• Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Mentorship:Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Strategic Input:Contribute to strategic discussions, offering creative insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong Design Skills:Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and other visual design principles.
• Proficiency in Design Software:Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in Various Media:Familiarity with digital and print design, including web, social media, and packaging.
• Leadership and Communication:Ability to lead and manage a team, as well as effectively communicate design ideas and feedback.
• Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and solve design challenges, ensuring projects meet objectives.
• Attention to Detail:Meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,107.88 - ₹20,000.00 per month
