We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in digital and print advertisingespecially within the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. In this role, you will drive creative excellence, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with global teams to deliver visually impactful and high-quality work.

What You Will Do

• Develop a deep understanding of graphic design for both print and digital advertising.
• Create compelling healthcare & pharmaceutical brand campaigns for global clients.
• Generate innovative ideas for advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Lead the development of high-quality creative assets across various formats.
• Review and assess the work of other designers, ensuring technical excellence.
• Manage, mentor, and train junior designers to ensure consistent quality output.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs.
• Collaborate closely with global creative teams and multidisciplinary designers.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 611 years of experience in a digital advertising agency, creative agency, or print production environment.
• Expert-level graphic design skills and strong visual composition for digital and print.
• Solid understanding of advertising print production and digital ad serving processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience leading and managing creative teams handling high-volume requests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
