Were seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Designer & Web Administrator to lead our digital presence and brand storytelling. Based in our Bengaluru office, this full-time role combines expert social media design with website management, making it ideal for someone who thrives at creating engaging visual content that drives audience engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Design Excellence: Create compelling, scroll-stopping social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
• Design Assets: Produce high-quality digital and print assets (social media graphics, event flyers, presentations, infographics, promotional materials) using Canva.
• Develop and maintain visual content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
• Manage and update company website(s) built on Wix, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for conversions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing assets.
• Optimize website for usability, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and refine design strategies based on engagement data.

Required Qualifications:

• Canva Expert: Advanced proficiency and proven track record creating professional, polished designs.
• Wix Platform Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Wix websites.
• Social Media Design Specialist: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating platform-optimized content that drives engagement.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
• Proven ability to create content that aligns with brand voice while maximizing reach and engagement.
• Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and audience psychology.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and web analytics.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Location: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, India for full-time office-based work.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics for social media.
• Understanding of paid social advertising design requirements.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC content creation.
• Analytics experience (Google Analytics, social media insights, engagement tracking).
• Previous experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
