Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:

• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media posts, ads, banners, and other digital content.
• Develop visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive and compelling designs for campaigns and promotions.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure all graphics meet the required standards before posting.

• Social Media Management:

• Manage the end-to-end process of social media content creation, from design to posting.
• Create, schedule, and post approved content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future content.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance our online presence.

• Content Approval Process:

• Work closely with stakeholders to get design and content approvals before posting.
• Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand’s tone, style, and guidelines before it goes live.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

   2-3 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Procreate).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics.

• Portfolio:

   A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work and examples of social media content you’ve managed.
