SkinInspired is a fast-growing luxury skincare brand backed by Unilever Ventures, redefining beauty through science-backed formulations, dermatologist credibility, and disruptive brand storytelling.

We're building an iconic brand, and we need a Creative Strategist who can turn ideas into cultural currency and campaigns into conversions.

Job Summary

As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visuals that define and elevate the SkinInspired brand. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to craft world-class digital and print assets that resonate with a premium, aspirational audience while maintaining brand consistency and a clean, luxurious aesthetic.

Responsibilities

1.Brand Creative Development

  • Design premium, on-brand creatives for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, website, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns).
  • Create campaign key visuals, banners, product renders, and advertising graphics for performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, etc.).

2.Packaging & Product Visualisation

  • Work on packaging mock-ups, label layouts, outer box designs, and product visualisation renders for upcoming launches and refill packaging.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to bring packaging innovation to life while ensuring luxury and sustainability positioning.

3.Video & Motion Graphics

  • Develop short animations, GIFs, and motion graphics to elevate social media engagement and storytelling.
  • Support influencer & campaign content with visually dynamic overlays, typography, and product cut-ins.

4.Website & E-commerce Design

  • Design high-quality banners, icons, and landing pages optimised for conversions on D2C platforms and marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, etc.).
  • Work on imagery and visual storytelling to enhance the online luxury experience.

5.Campaign & Collaboration Support

  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling campaign stories, including festive campaigns, product launches, PR kits, and influencer assets.
  • Assist in creative direction for photoshoots (styling, moodboards, color palettes).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 25 years

    of professional experience in a design role (beauty, fashion, or premium consumer brands preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or Blender is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and luxury branding aesthetics.
  • Experience designing for digital and print platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Eye for detail, trend-awareness, and a strong sense of design storytelling.
