Graphic Designer

Institution: Shivalik College of Engineering, Dehradun

Shivalik College of Engineering (SCE) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with technical skills to produce visually compelling content that strengthens the college’s brand identity and supports marketing, communication, and digital initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, videos, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative concepts that align with the institution’s brand and strategic objectives.
• Maintain and enhance the college’s visual identity across all platforms and ensure consistency in branding.
• Produce layouts, typography, and illustrations that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovation to creative outputs.
• Assist in creating motion graphics, infographics, and other multimedia content as required.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in education, corporate, or digital marketing environments.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual content.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
