Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer – DTP Specialist with strong technical understanding of printing operations, machine handling, and production processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with screen printing, DTF/direct-to-film, UV, laser & sublimation printing and possess creative design proficiency for gifting, packaging, tags, logos, labels & marketing material. Key Responsibilities: Create designs for customized packaging, tags, labels, boxes, branding & corporate gifting products. Prepare print-ready files (DTP) with correct sizing, color formats, bleed, finishing & guidelines. Coordinate with operators for laser cutting, UV printing, sublimation, screen printing & DTF printing. Ensure quality consistency in print outputs across machines & materials. Understand production limitations & design accordingly (materials: MDF, acrylic, vinyl, fabric, paper, boxes, glass, metal, etc.). Support in marketing designs such as product catalogues, social media creatives, packaging marketing inserts & brand collaterals. Coordinate with vendors, printers & suppliers for outsourcing printing when required. Maintain organized archives of designs, samples & printing specifications. Troubleshoot printing issues, color mismatches, machine settings & finishing problems. Essential Skills & Knowledge Strong DTP knowledge (Print-ready file creation) Expertise in CorelDraw is necessary, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop will be an added advantage.
