Role Overview

Graphic Designer

This role demands creativity, speed, execution finesse and a deep sense of premium brand design.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Design

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, ad campaigns, product updates, and community communication

• Maintain and evolve Richie's visual identity across platforms

• Ensure all designs reflect Richie's tone:

  premium, simple, trustworthy

Content & Creative Assets

• Design thumbnails, reels elements, banners, infographics, newsletters, pitch decks & landing page visuals

• Convert financial/market concepts into clean, easy-to-understand graphics

• Create visuals for webinars, product launches and marketing campaigns

Collaboration

• Work closely with content strategists, marketing team & research analysts

• Coordinate with video editors and videographers for cohesive creatives

• Support founders & leadership with presentations, branding material & special projects

Performance & Optimization

• Maintain a structured design workflow + asset library

• Stay updated with new design trends, formats & best practices

. Continuously improve visual quality based on performance insights

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in graphic design (social media + brand design preferred)

• Strong command over Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects / Figma

• Ability to present complex ideas visually in a clean, simple manner

• Strong typography, layout & color sense

• Experience in finance/edtech/startups is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Mumbai-based & willing to work from our Andheri East office
