Graphic Designer - Real Estate

Role & responsibilities

• Marketing Material Design:

  Create brochures, flyers, social media posts, digital ads, and other print and digital collateral to promote properties.

• Brand Consistency:

  Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's established branding strategy and maintains a consistent look and feel.

• Digital Content Creation:

  Develop assets for websites, email campaigns, and online listings to enhance online presence.

• Property Visualizations:

  Collaborate with agents to create staging visuals, renderings, and promotional videos for properties.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with sales teams and other designers to understand client requirements and project goals.

• Trend Awareness:

  Stay informed about the latest design trends and real estate marketing strategies to produce relevant and effective visuals.

• Project Management:

  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

• Feedback Integration:

  Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Design Software Proficiency:

  Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong Portfolio:

  A compelling portfolio showcasing excellent graphic design skills and creative versatility.

• Creative Vision:

  High creativity with a strong understanding of design principles and conceptual clarity.

• Technical Skills:

  Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML is often preferred for digital asset creation.

• Communication Skills:

  Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

• Attention to Detail:

  Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in designs.

• Real Estate Experience (Preferred):

  Experience in the real estate industry or fast-paced marketing environments is a significant advantage.

• Adaptability:
