Graphic Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients or team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. Develop design concepts and translate them into visual solutions using various design tools and software.
• Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, social media, websites, mobile apps, packaging, and other marketing collateral. This may include logos, brochures, banners, infographics, illustrations, icons, and user interface elements.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to established brand guidelines while creating new designs. Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity systems.
• Arrange design elements, typography, and images in an aesthetically pleasing and balanced manner, considering visual hierarchy, readability, and user experience.
• Enhance and retouch images, art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submit them for approval, adjust colours, and manipulate graphics to achieve desired visual effects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Conduct research on target audiences and competitors to create innovative and engaging designs.
• Work closely with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and documentation using appropriate file management systems and tools.
• Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements and brand standards. Address any issues or errors promptly.
• Continuously upgrade your design skills and knowledge by participating in workshops, training programs, and industry events.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief, reviewing final layouts, and suggesting improvements if required.

Job Location: Okhla Phase - I, Delhi

Working days: Mon to Sat (2nd Sat off)

Timing: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
