Role Overview: At Proponent Technologies, we focus on creating visually appealing graphic designs that captivate our audience. As a highly creative graphic designer in our Dehradun team, you will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual ideas into engaging visual representations across various media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative graphic designs using tools like Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc., aligning them with business objectives. - Ensure that all designs adhere to company standards and brand guidelines. - Independently and collaboratively work on multiple projects, managing up to five projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Evaluate and enhance design processes, updating internal design databases as required. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Photoshop, Corel Draw, and other graphic design software. - Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory. - Experience in photo editing, vector tracing, and print design (e.g., flyers, brochures, posters). - Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively. - Experience of 6 months to 1 year is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
