Graphic Designer (Political Campaigns)

We are seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in political campaign design and communication. The ideal candidate understands how design influences public perception and voter engagement and can translate political messaging into powerful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design campaign materials such as posters, banners, social media creatives, infographics, and advertisements.
• Create visual identities and branding systems for political parties, leaders, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content and strategy team to ensure message alignment and visual consistency across all platforms.
• Develop designs for print, digital, and outdoor media, maintaining accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.
• Analyze campaign themes and audience insights to produce impactful, emotion-driven visuals.
• Stay updated on political trends, design styles, and communication strategies used in political marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing political campaign work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDRAW, and similar tools.
• Strong understanding of color psychology, typography, and visual storytelling in political contexts.
• Ability to work on tight timelines and adapt to dynamic campaign environments.
• Knowledge of regional languages and cultural nuances will be an added advantage.
• Experience collaborating with political strategists, PR teams, and social media managers preferred.
