Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, motion graphics, and visually appealing designs to enhance online learning experiences. You should have a strong understanding of video editing, graphic design principles, and storytelling techniques to engage learners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media posts, course thumbnails, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Create banners, posters, and digital assets for website and mobile applications.
• Develop branding elements for educational campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure consistency in visual style, typography, and color schemes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the EdTech or e-learning industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, motion graphics, and color grading.
• Experience in designing educational content, infographics, and social media creatives.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Basic understanding of audio editing and voice-over synchronization.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation tools like Blender, Vyond, or Adobe Animate.
• Knowledge of video optimization techniques for different digital platforms.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning content formats.
