Full-timeWe are looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in creating ad creatives that drive results. If you understand how design impacts performance metrics and love experimenting with AI-powered tools, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Design static and motion creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to build data-driven, conversion-focused campaigns
Use AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, and Figma plugins to speed up workflows and inspire new concepts
Stay updated on trends in DTC, SaaS, and tech brand advertising
Adapt creative assets to multiple ad placements and formats

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in performance marketing or social media advertising
Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Strong visual sense in layout, typography, and storytelling
Openness to integrating AI into the design process
Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads creatives or UGC-style campaigns
