Job Description: Graphic Designer

Year of experience: 4 – 6 years

Location: IIT Madras, Chennai

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to craft visual

content across various platforms. You’ll work on high-impact projects and help shape our

visual identity through compelling graphics, layouts, and campaign assets.

Responsibilities:

· Set the creative direction for all Flyer, Social Media post, Web Page, Brochure,

Power Point slide design

· Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency

· Oversee execution of high-quality visuals for print, web, social

· Manage workflows, timelines, and approvals to ensure timely delivery

· Develop and enforce brand guidelines and visual standards

· Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

· 5+ years of experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Power Point

· Adobe XD, Figma, and motion graphics tools are an added advantage

· Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and branding experience

· Excellent communication and collaborate with various teams
