Job Title: Non-Voice Process Associate

Job Description: As a Non-Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling various tasks that do not involve direct verbal communication. Your primary duties may include:

• Data Entry: Accurately inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, or other software systems.
• Email Correspondence: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via email.
• Chat Support: Assisting customers through online chat platforms, addressing queries, and providing solutions.
• Document Processing: Reviewing, sorting, and organizing documents or files electronically.
• Content Moderation: Monitoring user-generated content on websites or social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Order Processing: Handling orders, processing transactions, and coordinating shipments or deliveries.
• Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and generating reports.
• Research: Conducting online research to gather information or data as required by the job.
• Quality Assurance: Checking the accuracy and completeness of processed data or documents to maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies in processes or systems.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Previous experience in a similar role may be preferred but not always required.
