Eligibility

• Graduates from 2022 to 2024 batches
• Good communication skills (written)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Handle non-voice (back-end) operations efficiently
• Process and verify data with accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
