Key Responsibilities:Conceptualization & Design: Develop visual concepts, layouts, and production design for diverse materials like ads, brochures, packaging, websites, and social media.Collaboration: Liaise with clients, marketing teams, or managers to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align designs with goals.Software Proficiency: Use design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring ideas to life.Visual Execution: Select colors, fonts, images, and arrange elements to create impactful, readable, and aesthetically pleasing visuals.Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects, ensuring delivery by deadlines.Brand Consistency: Maintain visual standards and consistency across all company materials.Process Improvement: Review and update design processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Key Skills & Qualifications:Strong portfolio showcasing design skills.Proficiency in design software.Excellent eye for visual composition, color, and typography.Ability to interpret briefs and provide creative solutions.Strong time management and ability to handle constructive criticism.Knowledge of current design trends and technologies.
