Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in box and packaging design to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually appealing and brand-consistent packaging solutions that enhance product appeal and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:Design and develop innovative packaging concepts for products, primarily focused on box packaging (rigid, corrugated, folding cartons, etc.) Work closely with marketing, product, and production teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality output Prepare mock-ups, dielines, and print-ready files following packaging specs and print requirements Ensure designs align with the brand guidelines, aesthetic goals, and product positioning Conduct market research to understand packaging trends, materials, and competitors Collaborate with vendors and printers to ensure design feasibility and print accuracy Make adjustments to designs based on feedback from internal teams or clients Maintain organized files and archives of all designs, artwork, and project documentation Requirements:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on packaging design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong understanding of packaging materials, dielines, and printing techniques Experience in designing for various industries (FMCG, cosmetics, electronics, etc.) is a plus Ability to visualize 3D structures and translate them into creative box formats Strong attention to detail and a passion for brand aesthetics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
