Graphic Designer

MH London is hiring for the role of Graphic Designer! This is a full-time Graphic Design job in Noida for candidates with 0-3 years of experience.

This role offers the opportunity to conduct in-depth platform research, craft stunning designs for diverse mediums, and ensure brand consistency at every touchpoint. As a senior designer, you'll also leverage your problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges, collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, and provide constructive feedback to continuously improve the overall design quality.

Responsibilities -

1. Conceptualize and design according to the requirements.

2. Execute high-quality designs for a variety of projects.

3. Brand development throughout all the portals including our website and social media.

4. Communicating with different teams according to the requirement of the project which includes Studio, Ops, data & merchandising.

5. Updating our skills in terms of software or any design trends and incorporating them into our own media collaterals.

6. Handling PIM and image master to maintain a backup of media collaterals for each SKU.

7. Creating graphics for both digital and print media including website banners, packaging artworks, etc.

8. Address design challenges creatively and find effective solutions to visual communication problems.

9. Utilizing 3d software along with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools to create design.

10. Maintaining branding across all design projects.

11. Should be able to work on lots of editing and color corrections

12. Managing the graphics + 3D team and creating a healthy environment for them to work.

13. Manage internal/cross-communication between teams.

Desired Candidate Profile -

1. Design Composition for both images and videos

2. Technical proficiency in industry-leading design software.

3. Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, as well as 3D design.

Key parameters for hiring

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred.

2. 0 to 3 years of experience working with product-based or e-commerce companies.

3. The candidate should be based in Delhi or Noida and should be comfortable with working from the office.
