We are currently looking for a Female Graphic Designer with a flair for creating visually engaging content to help elevate our brand awareness and connect with our growing homeschooling community.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you'll bring our brand to life visually across all platforms. You'll be responsible for designing eye-catching reels, posts, carousels, and other visual content that tells a story, educates our audience, and enhances brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation

• Design engaging graphics for social media: posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
• Create brand-aligned visuals that are educational, fun, and inspiring.
• Work closely with the content team to bring campaign ideas to life.

Reels & Video Editing

• Conceptualize and edit short-form video content (reels, behind-the-scenes, tutorials).
• Add motion graphics and branding elements to enhance visual storytelling.

Brand Awareness & Consistency

• Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms.
• Develop visual themes for campaigns that strengthen brand identity.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with the social media team and content writers for cohesive messaging.
• Suggest new formats and creative ideas to improve engagement.

Who You Are

• A creative professional with 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation.
• Skilled in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Passionate about design, education, and digital storytelling.
• Strong eye for detail, colors, typography, and layout.
• A team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience creating content for parenting or educational brands.
• Skills in basic animation or motion graphics.
• Experience with brand identity development or campaigns.
