Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The role involves conceptualizing and designing engaging visual assets for marketing campaigns, packaging, social media, and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collaterals such as A4 posters, sunboards, glass frames, flyers, brochures, web/mobile banners, and TV content for internal and outlet display.
• Conceptualize and develop new packaging designs for hampers, regular boxes, sleeves, and other requirements, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate with the packaging team for final production of approved designs.
• Approve and review creative content for reels, grids, and mood boards.
• Ideate and approve captions/content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) in collaboration with the social media team.
• Approve themes and concepts for product and campaign shoots.
• Arrange required materials and coordinate with photographers and videographers for shoots.
• Conduct market research on design trends, competitor branding strategies, and innovations.
• Provide creative insights for campaigns, social media content, and packaging revamps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and brand alignment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
