Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design book covers that capture the theme and essence of each title.
• Design interior page layouts and create illustrations for print and digital publications.
• Develop marketing materials such as posters, brochures, catalogues, and event banners.
• Design creatives for social media promotions and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with editors, authors, and the publishing team to deliver impactful designs.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure accuracy in layouts, fonts, and color profiles.
• Stay updated with publishing and design trends to create fresh, innovative visuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (book cover design/publishing industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing book cover, layout, and poster design work.
• Knowledge of printing techniques, layouts, and color management.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
