Designation: Graphic Designer
Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

· Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, and other marketing materials.
· Understand creative briefs and transform ideas into visually appealing designs that align with brand identity.· Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop campaign creatives, brand visuals, and promotional graphics.· Design layouts, illustrations, and infographics for digital campaigns and product branding.· Ensure consistency in style, fonts, colors, and overall brand communication across all visual outputs.· Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions with the creative and marketing teams.· Prepare design drafts and present ideas to internal stakeholders for review and feedback.· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative output.· Work on motion graphics and basic animations when required for digital campaigns.· Ensure timely delivery of all design assets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Competencies:

· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
· Knowledge of basic motion design or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.· Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and visual balance.· Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail.· Ability to interpret briefs and provide innovative design solutions.· Good communication and teamwork skills.· Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.· A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
