Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality, engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal training programs.
Create graphics, icons, templates, and visual assets for e-learning and instructor-led training content.
Develop infographics, whitepapers, and illustrations to support complex training topics.
Collaborate with L&D stakeholders to conceptualize and design materials aligned with learning objectives.
Assist in developing video tutorials, animations, and screen recordings using tools like Camtasia or After Effects.
Create banners, handouts, and visual materials for internal learning events or workshops.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in:

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Camtasia, CorelDRAW
Microsoft PowerPoint
(advanced-level design skills)

Ability to visualize abstract or technical concepts and translate them into clear visuals
Strong attention to detail and understanding of instructional design principles
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
