Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, websites, email campaigns, social media content, logos, brochures, and pitch presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to create designs that align with business goals and client needs.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools and traditional art tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Invideo, Veo3, Canva, MS Suite) to produce innovative and visually appealing designs and videos.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal presentations.
• Ensure designs and videos are optimized for various platforms, including websites, mobile devices, and print media.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, AI advancements, and video production tools to enhance design and content creation.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and creativity.
• Present design concepts and video content to internal teams or clients and make revisions based on feedback.
• Manage and maintain the video and design content library, ensuring assets are organized and accessible.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of graphic design experience

  with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience in

  video production

  : shooting, editing, and producing content with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Familiarity with

  AI-powered tools

  such as Adobe Sensei, Runway ML, DALL•E, and other machine learning-based design applications.
• Strong experience in creating and editing

  motion graphics

  and animations.
• Understanding of

  video optimization

  for various digital platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  typography

  ,

  colour theory

  , and

  layout

  . Experience with

  3D design software

  (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
• A degree or certification in

  Graphic Design

  ,

  Multimedia Arts

  , or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  motion graphics

  and animation.
• Familiarity with

  web design and front-end development

  (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a bonus.
