Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Design: Conceptualise and design visually engaging creatives for LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring consistency with the brands tone and visual identity.
• Performance Marketing Creatives: Develop conversion-focused ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid channels in collaboration with the marketing and growth teams.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve Newton Schools visual identity across all design outputs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and video editors to deliver cohesive campaign assets.
• Creative Iteration: Analyse campaign results and iterate on design approaches to improve engagement and performance.
• Asset Management: Organise and maintain a structured design asset library for easy reuse and reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 6 Months of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or agency environments.
• Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Demonstrated ability to design static and motion creatives that communicate clearly and effectively.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset interest in understanding what makes creatives perform.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools for creative ideation or visual generation is an advantage.

Mandatory Requirement

• Portfolio submission is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization for ads.
• Interest in the EdTech space and learner-focused storytelling.
