Job Description

As a Creative Designer for on-demand e-learning projects, your role will involve a range of responsibilities, including: - Designing for ILTs, WBTs, simulations, motion graphics, infographics, front-end designs, branding, and interactive assets. - Collaborating with Instructional Designers and Project Managers to interpret storyboards and create compelling visuals. - Creating low and high fidelity wireframes to support design thinking and ensure UX alignment. - Contributing creative visual inputs to new business pitches, customer intake sessions, and presentations. - Keeping abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design, responsive design, accessibility standards, and content aesthetics. - Managing review feedback and resolving issues within the internal quality framework. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in e-learning creative design. - Proficiency in Adobe Flash, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Sound Forge. - Ability to translate storyboards and visualization cues into engaging and instructionally sound graphics. - Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles would be beneficial. - Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.,
